In January a new water filtration (Q-FIN WES3000) was installed in the grinding centre enabling us to deburre metal shapes made of aluminum alloys on the double-sided deburring machine LISSMAC SBM-L. Due to the explosiveness of aluminum dust produced during the grinding process, it has been possible to process aluminum shapes only on the single-sided grinding center LISSMAC SMW 546. Thanks to this investment we were able to increase our capacity of burr removal on aluminum semi-finished products.
